Islamist Group Attacks Western Values of Women's Rights Hizb ut-Tahrir is stepping up its campaign to educate women against Western values of freedom.

Hizb ut-Tahrir, an extremist pan-Islamic organization, is stepping up its campaign to educate women against Western values of “women’s rights” and instead make sure they know their obligation regarding Islamic (sharia) law.
In a series of conferences held in Arab areas of Israel, women were told how they are required to obey their fathers and, after they are married, their husbands. They must ask permission to leave the house and must always be available to their husbands for physical relations.
The group’s conference in Jerusalem featured a 13-year old girl extolling the virtues of sharia and attacking women’s rights groups for encouraging women to speak out if they have been the victim of domestic abuse.
The girl, named Zeinab, declared to her audience, that Western values of women’s rights and personal freedom are not applicable to Muslim women. Rather, they are a ruse designed for women to engage in “licentiousness.” Zeinab also told her audience that leaving the house after age 18 leads to immoral behavior, including connecting to men over the internet and, eventually, meeting them unsupervised in person.
Hizb ut-Tahrir's goal is dismantling Western civilization and replacing it with a worldwide caliphate ruled by sharia law. The organization is active in more than 40 countries, including the United States and Britain,  and has an estimated one million members. It has been banned in a number of countries due to its extremist preaching.
